 Katrina Kaif is an Indian actress born in Hong Kong on July 16, 1984.

Katrina was born in Hong Kong, her father is Mohamed Kaif, a Kashmiri Indian, and her mother is Suzanne Turquotte. Her parents divorced when she was very young. She has seven brothers and sisters. They moved from Hong Kong to China and then to Japan. Then from Japan to France, when she was 8 years old, and then moved to Switzerland, Krakow, Berlin, Belgium and many other Eastern European countries, she and her family lived for several months at a time. Then they moved to Hawaii and then to her mother's home country, England. She only lived in London for three years before finally moving to Mumbai.

She also appeared in Telugu and Malayalam movies. In 2008, 2009 and 2010, she was named the sexiest Asian woman in the world by Oriental Eye. As a British citizen, she holds an employment visa to work in India.
